Competency training and competency assessments

We strengthen employee competencies using Development Centers (DC) and Assessment Centers (AC).
This objective, evidence-based method presents a range of simulated situations similar to real work scenarios to participants (assessees), whose roles and behaviors are then observed and jointly evaluated by multiple trained expert assessors (FTs).
