한국생산성본부는 6월 18일, 2012년도 2분기 국가고객만족도(NCSI) 조사 결과를 발표했다.
NCSI는 한국생산성본부가 미국 미시건대학, 조선일보와 공동 개발한 국가고객만족도로, 국내외에서 생산되어 해당 제품을 사용한 경험이 있는 고객을 대상으로 국내 최종소비자들에게 판매되고 있는 제품 및 서비스를 직접 평가하여 만족수준의 정도를 모델링에 근거, 측정하여 계량화한 지표이다.
2012년도 2분기 국가고객만족도(NCSI)조사는 지난 3~5월에 걸쳐 건설, 승용차, 스마트폰, 컴퓨터, 생활가전 등 16개 업종의 58개 기업(관)에 대해 전국 5대 광역시에서 고객 16,071명을 대상으로 면접조사를 통해 실시됐다.
특히, 올해 2분기 승용차 부문의 국가고객만족도(NCSI) 조사는 국내 승용차 기업의 품질경쟁력 제고와 차급별로 차별화되는 고객의 Needs와 수입차의 판매량 증가 및 차급의 다양화에 대응하기 위해 총 7개 부문(경형, 소형, 준중형, 중형, 준대형, 대형, 레저)으로 세분화하여 조사했다.
조사대상은 해당업체 제품 또는 서비스를 이용한 경험이 있는 고객을 대상으로 했으며, 점수는 ▲전반적 만족도 ▲이용 전 기대 대비 만족도 ▲이상(理想) 대비 만족도 3가지 항목을 가중 평균해 100점 만점으로 산출했다.
'2012년 2분기 국가고객만족도(NCSI) 1위 기업 인증식' 은 6월 19일(화), 서울 삼성동 코엑스 인터컨티넨탈 호텔에서 개최됐다.
